Knowledge Post®

Developed in collaboration with the Army Research Institute and Yale University, Knowledge Post is a tool to identify and build leaders faster. Using a state-of-the-art collaborative distributed learning environment along with unique ways of selecting relevant training examples and experiences, leaders and leader-trainees explore problem solutions. Teams explore various action-planning vignettes while the system automatically assesses individual leadership potential and the completeness of the team's solution.
