Excellence Recognize Pearson's Web-Based Learning Tool for Responding
to Schools' Needs

- WriteToLearn™ has added the "Technology & Learning"
magazine's 2007 Award of Excellence to its growing list of honors. The
award program recognized Pearson's Web-based learning tool for
developing writing and reading comprehension skills as one of the year's
most innovative applications.

Celebrating its 25th year, the "Technology & Learning"
magazine Award of Excellence honors innovative applications that break

This prestigious award comes closely on the heels of the launch of
WriteToLearn 4.0, which now includes more than 200 reading passages from
the company's popular Scott Foresman Reading Street, a reading program
designed to help elementary teachers build readers through motivating
